Water footprinting: Sink or swim?

Two Tomorrows executive chairman Mark Line has called for a common standard for water footprinting in an article in the latest issue of Foodservice Footprint.
Mark is quoted extensively in the piece, which also includes expert opinion from representatives of WWF and Nestle.
One of the key issues explored in the article is the difficulty of measuring and managing indirect water use in companies' supply chains.
