Delegates at our recent roundtableA recent roundtable event run by Two Tomorrows and i2a Consulting sparked debate on the future of sustainability and CSR reporting, and in particular the possibilities and pitfalls of using Web 2.0.

Held in London on 13 October and attended by 20 CSR managers and others from major UK and international firms, the roundtable included a presentation by guest speaker Jo Confino of the Guardian newspaper. Jo talked about his organisation's use of Web 2.0 to engage stakeholders in the Guardian's sustainability communication.

The ensuing discussion among delegates at the roundtable was lively and wide-ranging.

Debate continues online

The day after the roundtable, Jo Confino contined the discussion via a post on the Guardian's sustainability blog. This triggered an online dialogue on his blog about the use of Web 2.0 in sustainabliity reporting.
