Jumeirah Group wins CSR award

Jumeirah Group, a Two Tomorrows client, has scooped top prize at the Arabia CSR Awards.

Hosted by the Emirates Environmental Group on October 26, 2009 in Dubai, the awards honoured leaders in corporate social responsibility in the Arab world.

Top prize in the large-company category went to the Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel, one of Dubai-based Jumeirah Group's portfolio of luxury hotels around the world.

Two Tomorrows advised Jumeirah Group on the development of its debut corporate responsibility report, which was released earlier this year. Since then, we have continued to provide strategic advice on an ongoing basis. This has included helping Jumeirah develop its community investment policy.

Mohammad Al Ghaffari, Jumeirah Group director of corporate responsibility, says: "It was a tough competition, and our corporate responsibility report was the biggest advantage."
