Support on debut CR report
Two Tomorrows worked closely with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to produce the international hotel operator’s first corporate responsibility report, covering 2008.
Developing a first CR report is part of IHG’s journey to better understanding and managing its impacts and to playing its part in the development of responsible tourism.
We provided support throughout the whole reporting process. We began with the crucial first step for a debut report: identifying the key CR issues to be reported. Environmental management and support for local communities were identified as priorities. We then engaged with senior managers in various functions to gather data from the company’s global operations, and used this information to develop a first draft of the report. We also worked with InBev’s web designers to help create the web report. We were involved again near the end of the reporting process, carrying out a review and making recommendations for final changes before publication.
