Strategy launch for global wine company

Constellation Brands, the world’s leading wine company, asked Two Tomorrows to help it develop and launch a formal corporate responsibility strategy and programme.

Constellation Brands has a long history of CR and charitable giving. Our work, to facilitate the launch of a strategic approach to CR, involved three tasks. First, we conducted a strategic review of current practices and issues from peer companies and comparators along the value chain. Second, we organised and facilitated a sustainability summit within the company to agree strategic priorities, address materiality and agree an action plan. Finally, we distilled the findings of the event into a series of recommendations for moving the programme forward.
