Strategic support, stakeholder engagement and assurance
Two Tomorrows provides wide-ranging support to ISS UK, the British subsidiary of global facilities services provider ISS, on its corporate responsibility (CR) strategy and management.
We started by helping the company identify its material issues – the social, environmental and broader economic issues that have greatest impact on the business and are of most importance to stakeholders. This work involved consultation with senior managers across the business, peer company benchmarking, and in-depth research into the hot sustainability topics in the industry.
Based on this materiality review, we were able to help ISS UK develop a CR policy statement. Subsequently, ISS UK produced its first-ever CR report – a document we then assured.
Our other work for ISS UK has included helping it to
- kick off a new, systematic approach to stakeholder dialogue by conducting a review with around 40 key external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to examine their views on the company’s material issues.
- develop a new responsible procurement policy and approach.
