Strategic advice for global bank
We helped global bank Standard Chartered develop its CSR programme by carrying out a review of its CSR governance, management systems and reporting. Our review, carried out in 2004, formed the basis for the company to develop a new CSR strategy.
Our review was based on the principles enshrined in the AA1000 Series of international standards for corporate sustainability. It involved interviews with senior managers to review CSR governance arrangements, strategy and management systems.
A short summary of the findings of our review was published by Standard Chartered in its corporate responsibility report for 2004.
