Wide-ranging work for US IT company
We have worked extensively with US-based IT company Juniper Networks since 2008.
Initially, the company commissioned us to help it develop its approach to stakeholder engagement. We began by facilitating discussions with management to define stakeholder concerns and the opportunities to be achieved through more effective engagement. We drafted recommendations for evaluating issue materiality and for stakeholder mapping. Following the discussions, we drafted and tested an action plan for developing the company’s stakeholder engagement program.
We also helped Juniper benchmark its approach to materiality with specific reference to the GRI G3 sustainability reporting guidelines. We recommended which G3 indicators were most appropriate to Juniper stakeholders and assessed these recommendations internally through facilitated discussions with management.
We also helped Juniper to write and produce its first corporate citizenship and sustainability report.
