Reporting advice for UK utility
We helped Thames Water identify its material issues and report its CSR performance in print and online.
In 2004, we helped the utility articulate its key messages and marshal its data, and then advised on how these could be communicated to readers through an effective print and online corporate responsibility report. Our work resulted in a more engaging and widely read report.
In 2005, our remit extended to helping Thames Water determine its material issues for reporting based on its stakeholders’ key concerns and the AccountAbility materiality test. This provided the basis for the company’s 2005 corporate responsibility report.
