We have helped global telecommunications company Telefónica develop its approach to sustainability reporting.
Our work began when we reviewed and benchmarked the company's sustainability reporting using our Tomorrow's Value Rating methodology. We provided detailed recommendations, including advice on how Telefónica could work towards sector leadership. Our recommendations were the basis of a workshop with Telefónica management from across its international business units to agree a long-term reporting strategy.
Our expertise in GRI reporting and sustainability management allowed us to advise Telefónica on the suitability of its reporting to communicate its wider sustainability performance.
