CR policy for UK private equity firm
We worked with Vision Capital, a UK-based private equity company, to develop a CR and sustainability policy that provides clear guidance to all portfolio companies and staff members on the company’s commitment to corporate responsibility.
Building on this, we then developed a comprehensive risk identification and measurement system that is used to evaluate and monitor the CR performance of the companies within Vision Capital’s portfolio of holdings. The questionnaire-based system picks up on sector and company-specific risks, and assesses individual companies’ quality of management responses and mitigation mechanisms.
