Global transportation and distribution company TNT, ranked first in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index in 2007 and 2008, commissioned a formal benchmark report of its accountability performance using our Accountability Rating methodology. The report analysed TNT’s strengths and weaknesses and recommended ways it could improve its performance and become a more sustainable business.
