Benchmarking CR performance
For two straight years, we benchmarked the CR performance of UK National Lottery operator Camelot using our Accountability Rating methodology. The result was a comprehensive report setting out how Camelot measured up in each of the six domains of the Rating. The report also provided a detailed analysis of Camelot’s strategy and policies.
We drew on data from our annual application of the Accountability Rating survey to compare Camelot’s performance with that of the world’s largest companies. We went on to recommend how Camelot could improve its accountability, and provided best practice examples from other companies.
