Advice on strategy and reporting for mining company
We helped European Goldfields introduce more rigour to its sustainability management and prepare for external assurance of its management approach and systems. We provided guidance on tasks such as materiality assessment, sustainability report preparation, sustainability policies and plans, gap analysis, social impact assessment, assurance and liaison with a key international mining industry body.
