Advice on CR strategy and ethical sourcing
Two Tomorrows is working with Bacardi Limited, the world’s largest privately held distilled spirits company, to help it develop its corporate responsibility programme.
As part of this work, we carried out a strategic environmental review for Bacardi. This included a specific assessment of the company’s water footprint that covered its own operations as well as the agricultural producers in its supply chain, who together account for most of Bacardi’s water usage.
We have also helped Bacardi develop its approach to responsible sourcing. This has included training the company’s procurement managers in responsible sourcing principles and practices.
Bacardi produces and markets a variety of internationally recognised spirits and wines.
