Accountability benchmarking for UK retail bank
We benchmarked the accountability performance of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and made recommendations for improvement.
We used our Accountability Rating methodology to assess the company across a wide range of criteria, and drew on data from our annual application of the Rating to the world’s largest companies to compare its performance with leaders in accountability and its peers in the financial services sector. The resulting report provided RBS with a comprehensive picture of how it measured up in each of the six domains of the Rating. It also made recommendations covering issues such as stakeholder engagement.
